Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the dayshift (3x12) to provide patient care using the nursing process under the Charge Nurse’s supervision. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff as needed.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as required.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy using SOAP notes.
