Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift on Fridays–Sundays. You will provide professional nursing care, administer meds, transcribe orders, and perform resident assessments in accordance with facility policy.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active Hawaii RN license; geriatrics experience is preferred and CPR/First Aid may be done in-house. PTO/ESL, growth opportunities, and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Hawaii RN license required.
• Experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• First Aid/CPR preferred (in-house).

Responsibilities

• Administers medications/treatments as ordered by physician and policies.
• Transcribes physician orders to MAR and order sheets.
• Maintains inventory of resident medications and stock supplies.
• Conducts accurate physical assessments and plans interventions.
• Performs assessments on admission, transfer, and discharge.
