Ohana Pacific Health in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift on Fridays–Sundays. You will provide professional nursing care, administer meds, transcribe orders, and perform resident assessments in accordance with facility policy.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active Hawaii RN license; geriatrics experience is preferred and CPR/First Aid may be done in-house. PTO/ESL, growth opportunities, and competitive pay are offered.

Responsabilités

The Position:

We're looking for passionate Registered Nurses to help us with providing professional nursing care to residents following established policies and procedures of the facility.

• Administers medications/treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures.
• Takes telephone orders from physicians and transcribes orders to new medication administration record, the pre-printed physician order sheet, resident chart, treatment/care plans as appropriate.
• Maintains & orders appropriate inventory of resident medications and medical stock supplies.
• Conducts accurate physical assessments of residents, determines their needs and implements appropriate interventions to meet those needs.
• Performs assessments on admission, transfer and/or discharges.

Shift Needed:

Part-Time Day Shift: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii required.
• Experience in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviation required.
• First Aid and CPR preferred (can be done in-house).
