Ohana Pacific Health in Maui is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care at Hale Makua Health Services, following established policies and procedures. The role emphasizes compassion and high-quality elder care.

You will perform resident assessments, collaborate with physicians and staff, administer medications, and oversee CNA duties to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Hawaii RN licensure and geriatrics experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Hawaii RN license.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in geriatrics preferred.
• 2 Step TB clearance and health review (in-house possible).
• First Aid and CPR preferred (in-house possible).

Responsabilités

• Conducts accurate physical assessments of residents, determines needs, and implements interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians, consultants, and agencies to improve quality of services.
• Administers and maintains inventory of resident medications/treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy.
• Oversees care delivery by CNAs.
