Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 3x12 dayshift position in the United States. The RN will provide patient care, administer medications, and support clinical operations in a nursing department.

Responsibilities include planning treatment, documenting encounters, and effective communication with staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs in collaboration with Charge Nurse(s) and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure clinical and technical care aligns with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, and supervisory personnel as necessary.
