Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-site shift in the Nursing department. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and coordination with the care team.

You will document care using SOAP methods, communicate findings to physicians, and participate in mandatory training. A current RN license and CPR certification are required, with potential for growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual patient care in collaboration with Charge Nurse(s).
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisory personnel as needed.
