Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; minimum of an Associate’s Degree required.
• Ten years of retail experience with multi-location operations preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, strategic plans and operational goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with HR policies, volunteer engagement, and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the ReStore team and set performance expectations aligned with budget and strategic plan.
• Develop and update five-year strategic plan and annual operating budget for ReStore operations.
• Oversee procurement, donations, inventory, and donor relationships to maximize revenue.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all ReStore activities.
• Lead staff development, training, and evaluation, fostering a positive culture.
