Peerstar, a community-based behavioral health organization, seeks a Recruiting/Onboarding Specialist to support hiring efforts and manage pre-employment and onboarding for new hires across programs. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions including peer support specialists and program staff.
• Manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding activities.
• Ensure completion of background checks, clearances, and required credentials.
• Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
