Job summary

The USO in Arlington, VA seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage RFx processes, contracts, and internal communications. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in purchasing/procurement are required; not-for-profit or global experience is preferred.

You will collaborate with business owners, support budgeting and documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policy. This is an in-person role at our Arlington location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressively responsible work experience in a purchasing/procurement role.
• Not-for-profit, military, multicultural and/or global experience preferred.
• General knowledge of contracting and purchasing tools, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the RFx sourcing process with business owners to gather requirements and coordinates vendor responses.
• Support contract approval workflow with legal and electronic signatures; manage contract records.
• Serve as internal point of contact for organizational procurements and provide process guidance and compliance documentation.
• Train users on Coupa enhancements and roll out new system functionalities; manage user profiles.
• Report on key system metrics monthly to leadership.
• This is an in-person position located in Arlington, VA.
