Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Two+ years of supervisory, team lead, or project management experience.
• 5–8 years of increasingly responsible related programmatic experience.
• Experience managing budgets and coordinating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop members of the Operations Support Team.
• Set performance expectations, goals, and accountability for team members.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
• Manage staffing, workload, and scheduling for adequate coverage.
