Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a loan officer with end-to-end mortgage process.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
• Underwriting coordination and loan file review for accuracy and compliance.
• Strong customer service, clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness.
• Active NMLS registration and state licensing for mortgage origination.
• On-site in Springfield, MO; ability to collaborate with local partners.
• Proven track record of meeting production goals while maintaining ethical lending.

Responsibilities
