Job summary

Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California is seeking a Legal Services Program Specialist in Los Angeles to support data, reporting and program administration for our legal services team.

You will help manage LegalServer data, assist with grant and State Bar reports, and coordinate records, while collaborating with program leadership to ensure compliance and client service excellence in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher education with relevant experience.
• 2+ years in admin, program support, data or reporting.
• Experience with grants, contracts, and reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with LegalServer or similar case management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, organization, and reporting for programs.
• Assist with grant and State Bar reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate administrative workflows and document management.
• Support leadership with scheduling, materials, and planning.
