St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School in Denver seeks a Senior Director of Finance and Operations to lead the business side during a period of growth.

You will oversee finance, HR, facilities, security, transportation, technology, insurance and risk, and real estate, reporting to the President and serving on the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a Catholic with broad operational leadership experience, capable of managing budgets, people, contracts and systems in a fast-paced

Formación

• Broad operational leadership experience; CPA not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership overseeing multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the school's budget process and monitor performance against budget.
• Oversee accounting in partnership with outsourced controller-level partner.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for President and Board.
• Plan cash flow and long-range financial planning for enrollment and growth.
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and future audits; supervise HR, facilities, risk.
