Albany City Church in Albany, Oregon, seeks a seasoned Business Manager with HR experience to oversee all business, financial, and administrative operations of the church and its upcoming Eugene campus. You will lead finance and HR teams, implement strong internal controls, and ensure sustainable operations aligned with the church’s mission.

Formación

• Advanced degree in accounting or related field, or significant financial management experience.
• Proven experience as Business/Office Manager or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and HR laws; SHRM designation preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit and church accounting structures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document, and update business processes and internal controls.
• Oversee church finances with Finance Committee.
• Lead HR processes, policies, and compliance.
• Prepare annual budgets for Albany City Church and Eugene campus.
• Maintain contracts/leases with vendors and tenants.
• Foster a Christ-centered, efficient office environment and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
