Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture grounded in service and care. We are seeking a Senior Living Executive to lead Wichita PACE, directing overall operations, governance, and strategy to support census growth and financial performance.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and devotion to our mission. Eligible for an annual bonus, the position is based in Wichita, KS as a full-time opportunity within our PACE program.

Qualifications

• Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
• 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required with 2 years in leadership/management.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, with 2 years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations and strategic planning for the PACE organization, driving financial performance, forecasting, and census growth while integrating Catholic healthcare mission and core values into the culture.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain the highest standard of care and risk management.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—including hiring, performance management, and continuing education—to build and retain high-performing operational and clinical teams.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting operational reports, driving governance strategy, and translating organizational objectives into actionable policies.
