Job summary

RMC is seeking an Engineer for a full-time hybrid role with multiple U.S. locations, including Bremerton, WA; San Diego, CA; Washington, D.C.; and Norfolk, VA.

The engineer will evaluate utilities systems on military facilities, conduct mission assurance assessments, and prepare professional written reports for DoD and other customers. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in mechanical/civil/electrical engineering, DoD familiarity, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (4-year+).
• 5–10 years in mechanical/civil/electrical engineering.
• Military facilities design or construction experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan site assessments and analyze utility drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate site visits and inspections.
• Assess facilities utilities to identify critical assets and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations for clients.
• Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
