Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
10+ years in IT leadership or management, with 5+ years supervising staff.
5+ years directing application/product management for enterprise services, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise applications portfolio and coordinate with business units.
Manage agile delivery resources and oversee demand intake, roadmaps, delivery, and support.
Define and audit IT performance metrics and manage budgeting.
Guide backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization across teams.
Drive innovation and strategic roadmap alignment with business goals.
Mentor IT staff and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Maintain portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
