• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling on large data sets.
• Apply ML, NLP, and ML techniques to improve personalization algorithms.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers on experiments and MVPs.
• Discover data sources, access them, clean them, and make them model-ready.
• Create and refine features from underlying data.
• Run A/B tests and communicate results to peers and leaders.
