Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for higher-level roles.
• 1-3+ years applying quantitative research to optimize human decisions using ML/DL.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling with large datasets.
• Apply NLP and ML to improve relevance and personalization algorithms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers on experiments and MVPs.
• Acquire, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
• Create and refine meaningful features from data.
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Explore new designs/tech to connect customer benefits to outcomes.
• Design and maintain dashboards to communicate program performance.
