PCs for People is seeking a Client Experience Representative to join the Mission Market team. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through their technology shopping journey and delivering personalized, high-quality support.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling calls and emails, answering questions about products and policies, processing orders, and maintaining engaging market displays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or client service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and retail software applications.
• Flexible schedule and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in the market with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle phone calls and emails with strong client service.
• Listen to inquiries and provide accurate information about products, incentives, and policies.
• Maintain an organized and inviting market displays and restock as needed.
• Resolve client issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
