Job summary

You will handle orders, answer questions, manage returns, and collaborate with the team to meet market goals. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and comfort with POS and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or client service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and tactful diplomacy.
• Experience with CRM or partner management platforms is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide warm, welcoming service.
• Handle calls and emails with client-focused service and information.
• Assist with product knowledge, promotions, and policies.
• Process online orders and transactions using PCSCRM and POS.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy.
• Support inventory and event registrations and deliveries.
