Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and handle payments.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized, rotate merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and sorting/hanger tasks as needed.
• Report safety, security, or theft concerns to store management.
• Contribute to a strong team environment by performing other duties as assigned.
