Job summary

Agile Defense seeks an MSS Developer to build mission-critical analytics and dashboards for J7 workflows. You will craft self-service tools, data pipelines, and automated workflows that empower operators and deliver timely insights across the directorate.

The role requires Palantir experience (Foundry/Gotham/AIP/MSS), strong data modeling, and a active U.S. security clearance. Onsite work in multiple locations is expected to support DoD missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or quantitative field; Palantir experience can substitute.
• 4+ years of software or data engineering; 1.5+ years with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.
• Proven sense for building dashboards, applications, or pipelines for operators.
• Proficiency in ontology design and pipeline authoring (PySpark, repos, or Pipeline Builder).
• Active US government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operator dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces for J7 mission workflows.
• Create self-service capabilities enabling operators to explore data independently.
• Develop automated workflows delivering timely insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across MSS deliverables.
• Collaborate with mission leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
