Agile Defense is seeking a MSS Developer Engineer to build mission-critical analytics and applications for J7 workflows at Offutt and related DoD environments. You will develop operator-facing dashboards and data pipelines, enabling self-service data exploration and proactive insights for mission leaders.

The role emphasizes platform engineering on MSS/Palantir, data governance, and performance optimization, with a focus on actionable metrics and scalable solutions for DoD missions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or a quantitative discipline; Palantir experience may substitute.
• 4+ years of software or data engineering, incl. 1.5+ years with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.
• Experience building dashboards, apps, or pipelines for operational end users.
• Active US government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain operator-facing dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 mission workflows.
• Create intuitive, self-service capabilities for operators to explore data.
• Build automated workflows delivering timely insights to stakeholders across the directorate.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across MSS deliverables.
• Develop data pipelines, ontology, and access controls on MSS and Palantir stack.
• Integrate external data sources into a well-modeled data foundation.
• Surface model outputs in operationally useful ways for decision making.
• Create compelling data visualizations for diverse audiences.]
• Design alerting and monitoring systems to identify mission opportunities and risks.
