Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. in Fort Meade, MD seeks an MSS Developer Engineer to design and build mission-critical analytics and applications on MSS/Palantir stacks. You will create dashboards, data pipelines, and data foundations to enable operators to explore data and make timely decisions.

Required: bachelor's degree, 4+ years software or data engineering with 1.5+ years on Palantir Foundry/Gotham/AIP/MSS, and active Secret clearance. Onsite work in a SCIF with strong security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 1.5+ years with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, applications, or pipelines for operational end users.
• Active US government security clearance (Secret) required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operator-facing dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 mission workflows
• Create intuitive, self-service capabilities that empower operators to explore data independently
• Build automated workflows that deliver timely insights to stakeholders across the directorate
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all MSS deliverables
