Job summary

Imperium Global seeks an experienced Mission Critical leader to join as Vice President, overseeing Program Management, Business Development, headcount growth, project pursuits, and Construction Program oversight.

Responsibilities include leading the Data Center portfolio, driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, expanding into new markets, and delivering monthly performance reports. The role requires strong leadership and proven ability to guide complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Data Center construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years' construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Business Development experience.
• Data Center owner/developer relationships.
• Proficient in leading effective project meetings with customer, consultants, and internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
• Strong stakeholder/client relationship management experience, evidenced by negotiated or repeat work.

Responsibilities

• Provide general leadership for Mission Critical Business Unit - oversight of Data Center portfolio.
• Lead business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Account management and maintaining client relationships.
• Identify potential new geographical markets for expansion.
• Involved in business unit headcount growth.
• Work with subcontractors and lead proposals/presentations.
• Deliver monthly reports and long-range major initiative tracking.
• Ensure project performance – financial, schedule, quality, contractual and administrative.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients.
