• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years construction experience or internship preferred.
• Proficient with BIM software and MS Office; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with base modeling and content coordination for VDC projects.
• Assemble models and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Support BIM workflows and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Learn VDC processes and apply standards on assigned projects.
• Review construction documents for errors and omissions; implement updates.
• Support RFI processes for BIM related items and clash avoidance.
