Qualifications

• 7+ years of utilities management experience in facilities/industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage complex utility systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and government partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation, maintenance, and repair of facility utility systems (electrical, water, HVAC, plumbing, backup power).
• Maintains readiness for surge operations, deployments, and emergency activations.
• Develops maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinates service providers and ensures timely completion of utility-related projects.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and conducts safety inspections.
• Prepares planning, risk assessments, and status updates for leadership.
