Job summary

C3EL is seeking a cleared Unified Capabilities (UC) Specialist to join our on-site team at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. You will sustain, maintain, and enhance critical DISA services, ensuring secure and mission-ready communications for DoD and national security entities. This role may entail rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Candidate must hold a Top Secret clearance, U.S. Citizenship, and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret clearance.
DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
Requires general understanding of both voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.
Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.

Responsibilities

Create/update/resolve unclear problems and issues faced, utilizing a broad knowledge of the network architect, utilizing the Service Now platform.
Notify necessary points of contacts based on essential or heightened awareness networks, circuits or location incidents.
Execute network operations to include configuration and analysis of customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
Work directly with customers, UC stakeholders, and leaders internal and external to the organization to ensure maximum network availability.
Proactively monitor network alarms across platform specific network management tools.
Support all customers with global situational awareness.
Verify that service has been restored upon resolution of all customer-initiated tickets.
Provide timely situational awareness to leadership and impacted community.
