Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to deliver mission-critical software for the Intelligence Community. You will design, implement, and maintain automated UI tests with Playwright and API tests with Bruno and Postman, ensuring secure, reliable services for time-sensitive operations.

The role involves building robust frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and test strategies across sprints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software test automation with emphasis on automated testing.
• Proven experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated UI tests using Playwright.
• Experience using Bruno and/or Postman to develop API tests.
• Strong programming in TypeScript and/or JavaScript for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright for web app functionality and workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated API tests using Bruno and/or Postman to validate RESTful services and data integrity.
• Build scalable test automation frameworks for functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
