Qualifications

• Active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience on complex programs.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IC/AEA tools experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and define client requirements; provide guidance on process best practices.
• Conduct business and systems analysis to identify workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop viable solutions.
• Produce functional design specs aligned to user and operational requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation across engineering, operations, testing, and user support.
