Qualifications

• BA/BS and 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalencies
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience maintaining complex technical docs for enterprise IT and modernization programs
• Ability translating technical concepts into clear docs for Government audiences
• Experience creating documentation standards, templates, SOPs, and implementation guides
• Experience with document lifecycle, version control, and reviews
• Experience with ITSM tools and documentation for service delivery

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for creating accurate technical documents for infrastructure engineering and implementation activities
• Establishes documentation standards for detailed infrastructure diagrams ensuring compliance with DOS and DT security requirements
• Directs creation of technical documents and diagrams for all server installation activities across global enterprise
• Establishes documentation strategy for site surveys and recommendations for renovations, infrastructure components, and physical placement of equipment
• Establishes documentation standards for comprehensive project plans and schedules for all special projects
• Establishes SOPs for deployments with semi‑annual reviews ensuring continuous improvement and recommended improvements implementation
• Directs installation and upgrade schedule documentation with weekly updates ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Directs deployment tracking report strategy for post self‑installs and installation team activities
• Provides technical/management leadership on major assignments, establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives, and directs activities with overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing
