Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship).
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required within 6 months of hire).

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and systems.
• Ability to document technical issues and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mission planning systems, ensuring hardware and software are functional and up to date.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform updates, and manage data loads.
• Provide technical assistance to mission personnel and collaborate with government teams for rapid resolution.
• Keep detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.
