Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for mission-critical projects in Vienna, VA. The role oversees on-site activities, schedules, logistics, safety, and quality, and collaborates closely with the Project Manager from pre-construction through closeout.

Essential duties include preparing schedules, coordinating trade partners, maintaining safety standards, and driving timely project close-out.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing all field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating trade partners.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or Master's degree with 3+ years experience in related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management including scheduling, logistics, and safety.
• Coordinate field team, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Ensure documentation and close-out processes are completed on time.
• Mentor interns and junior staff on project execution.
