Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of software or systems engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/government programs.
• Experience leading software development and test organizations.
• Experience with project cost management, staffing plans, and EAC activities.
• Experience with NASA or government customers and presenting status at reviews/panels.
• Experience with software configuration management and change control.
• Strong systems engineering, software integration and test process knowledge.
• Aerospace software engineering experience, ISS flight software exposure is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a large, multidisciplinary software development and test organization.
• Oversee software development/test planning, documentation, configuration control, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Represent the team to NASA boards and Boeing management, presenting status and coordinating plans.
• Bridge technical execution with program management and communicate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
