Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 0–5 years experience.
• Experience with C/C++/C#, Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, Windows, web development.
• Familiarity with Apple device management solutions (Jamf) is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate well with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and users to deliver software.
• Design, implement, test, and provide post-release user support.
• Interface with customers and support the user community as needed.
• Tackle unfamiliar tasks with initiative and iterative learning.
• Support ISS platform infrastructure and automation using Ansible.
