Job summary

Arcfield in Colorado Springs is seeking a software integrator to lead a U.S. Space Force team of physicists, systems engineers, and software developers developing software to support U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy end users.

You will guide cross-functional teams to evaluate RF/space weather concepts, design and test software, and implement end-to-end solutions, reading and coding across the stack while mentoring engineering staff.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 10–12 years of experience or Master's with 8–10 years, or PhD with 5–7 years, plus supervisory experience.
• Experience with RF, electromagnetic spectrum, or space weather concepts.
• Experience with full-stack development.
• Ability to read and program in Python, JavaScript, or C/C++, with frameworks such as React, Angular, REST, or GraphQL.
• Experience leading highly technical teams.
• Ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams such as science, software, hardware, and systems engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with radar systems or radar modeling and signal processing.
• Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate a plus; Security+ within 2 months of hire.
