Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Manager with Mission Critical experience to lead our Large Projects Group. You will oversee budget development, GMP processes, scheduling, and subcontractor management while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience on complex projects, proficiency with Procore and P6, and a strong leadership profile to drive results in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on large scale construction projects.
• Experience with mission critical/data center projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise project administration, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate GMP development, budgets, and financial projections.
• Lead subcontractor management, scope reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per contract terms.
• Develop and implement Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) plans as required.
