Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Scheduler to work with the Project Team, ensuring CPM schedules align with project controls standards. You will interface with estimating, design, and construction to manage quantity, cost, and schedule from estimate to completion.

The role involves developing CPM scenarios, analyzing delays, and supporting project pursuits while relocating to locations as needed. Strong EVMS, scheduling tools, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Earned Value Management understanding and application.
• Proficient in document control and scheduling software.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MSP scheduling tools.
• Willingness to relocate to project locations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios and integrates into a complete schedule.
• Collects data for forecasting and maintains realistic planning.
• Understands project scopes and contracts.
• Communicates with Owners to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions.
• Provides scheduling analysis for delays and risk mitigation.
• Notifies management of schedule concerns and documentation.
• Contributes to project pursuits and proposals.
