Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to join the Mission Critical (Data Centers) team, overseeing safety across construction on campus locations. The role requires a proactive leader with strong OSHA and LOTO expertise, able to coordinate with subs and engineers.

You will drive safety program improvements, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations to prevent recurrence. Expect collaborative work with a national team and site leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience on mission critical projects.
• Experience with safety program design and implementation on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program across all construction activities on mission critical campus.
• Develop training curricula and conduct sessions for safety compliance.
• Manage incident investigations and preventive measures.
