Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team responsible for mechanical design, CAD, and document control.
• Guide the mechanical design of complex microwave assemblies from concept through production.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to transition new products into manufacturing.
• Set clear technical direction, standards, and best practices.
• Review designs, risks, and tradeoffs with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in cost, performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Support proposal development and early‑stage concept design.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring and development efforts.
