Job summary

Teledyne LeCroy’s R&D team seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to architect and design complex electronic products, including RF & Microwave assemblies, precision analog circuitry, ADCs and DACs, and power supplies. You will contribute from requirements through launch and mass production of next‑generation instruments.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and designing RF/Microwave assemblies.
• Proficiency with high-frequency PCB layout.
• Experience with lab equipment such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to participate across the full product lifecycle from requirements to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and design of RF & Microwave assemblies, precision analog and mixed signal circuitry used in probes and acquisition systems of the next generations.
• Create documentation required for product planning and architecting.
• Create schematic design and overviewing layout of complex high-frequency PCBs, ceramic and/or organic packages.
• Design test fixtures and automated test routines to support testing of prototypes
• Work within a team including Marketing, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing engineers, to bring idea into shippable products.
• Help supporting and reviewing changes to products throughout their life in operation.
• Responsible for the release of the engineering design package to the production configuration management system
