• Clear communication, written and spoken; meets goals and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across levels.
• US citizen eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support production to resolve technical issues.
• Create manufacturing/test documentation for first builds.
• Improve operational efficiency with lean initiatives.
• Develop and review work instructions and procedures.
• Support audits and supplier technical assistance.
• Provide status information to internal customers and managers.
