Mission-Critical QC Leader for Data Center Construction

Job summary

EverOn is seeking a Quality Superintendent to oversee field QA/QC for mission-critical data center projects in Dallas. You will ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and industry standards, coordinating with Construction, MEP, and Commissioning to promote a zero-defect culture.

You will lead inspections, manage NCRs, and drive documentation and turnover readiness. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in construction QA/QC or commissioning.
• Experience in mission-critical, hyperscale data center projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and turnover requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field QA/QC activities for assigned project areas and disciplines.
• Verify installations comply with drawings, specs, and manufacturer requirements.
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and quality assessments across systems.
• Coordinate with Construction, MEP, and Commissioning to meet quality requirements.
