Job summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Mission Critical Quality Manager to lead the QA/QC program for a data center project in the Phoenix area. You will plan, develop, implement, and execute the project QA/QC plan to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP installations meet contract requirements before equipment commissioning.

You will coordinate with the project team, trade partners, and client reps, managing inspections, test plans, and weekly QC meetings while promoting safety and quality on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project-specific quality management strategy using Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up phases.
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations before commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to project teams and clients.
