Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• Experience managing DoD/IC/federal government programs or similar environments.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining action-item trackers and driving tasks through completion.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are completed on time.
• Assign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and execution barriers and elevate them appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal teams, mission partners, customers, and senior leaders.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
• Support quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Drive accountability across project teams and maintain momentum against priorities.
• Anticipate upcoming requirements and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines.
