Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a mission-critical USPACOM program. The role focuses on managing deliverables, schedules, milestones, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and has proven PM experience within DoD/IC or federal agencies. Strong organizational skills and proactive communication are essential to deliver on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.
• Monitor progress and ensure requirements are completed on time.
• Assign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and barriers and elevate them appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal teams, mission partners, customers, and senior leaders.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
• Support quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Drive accountability across project teams and maintain momentum against priorities.
• Anticipate upcoming requirements and prepare stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Overview

BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the execution of a mission-critical USPACOM program. This position is focused on managing deliverables, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects to completion. Technical expertise is not required; success in this position depends on disciplined execution, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Assign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.

• Proven ability to manage deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining action-item trackers and driving tasks through completion.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, and senior leaders.
• Strong follow-through, judgment, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project-tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project-management training.
• Experience supporting combatant-command, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, performance reports, and program-management documentation.
• Familiarity with government deliverable and records-management requirements.
