Job summary

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical to lead highly complex, large‑scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will provide strategic leadership to project teams, manage safety, quality, schedule, and costs, and act as a trusted partner to owners and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑performance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent construction experience.
• 10–15 years managing large construction projects (> $50M).
• Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors and teams.
• Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and payment requests.
• Manage contract terms, invoicing, and COIs.
• Create and update project schedules and keep stakeholders informed.
• Oversee procurement logs and submittals.
• Support Superintendent with scheduling, quantity tracking, and Top 10 lists.
• Participate in Storyboarding efforts.
• Apply knowledge of building systems and construction sequencing.
• Drive timely project close‑out and support business development.
• Contribute to proposals and interviews.
