Findorff in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center projects. You will direct multiple superintendents, manage schedules, labor, and costs, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

This role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with subcontractors and clients, and fostering a strong safety culture in line with OSHA policies. A degree in construction management and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record directing multi-site MEP and data center projects.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and safety leadership.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple superintendents to deliver projects.
• Oversee project scheduling, production, quality, safety, and MEP risk.
• Plan and manage MEP scopes, manpower, subcontractors, and short-interval schedules.
• Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for testing and IST.
• Coordinate energization of critical systems and third-party commissioning.
• Engage in strategic initiatives, client meetings, and business development.
• Foster client relationships with marketing; mentor leaders; enforce safety.
