Job summary

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. seeks an MEP Project Manager – Mission Critical to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex MEP systems for high‑performance facilities such as data centers. You will guide preconstruction through commissioning with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost control.

The role requires deep technical MEP knowledge, strong leadership, and proactive collaboration with the project team to ensure successful closeout and turnover.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee MEP subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and monthly payment requests.
• Manage MEP contract terms, risk, issues, and invoice approvals.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules aligned with milestones and commissioning.
• Coordinate procurement, OFCI and CFCI, and track critical path activities.
• Lead commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities with third parties.
